Microsoft Business Productivity Online Standard Suite
What does announcement means to all of us? If you are currently a customer of Microsoft Online Services and Microsoft Business Productivity Online Standard Suite (BPOS), Microsoft would like to let you know about their next wave of BPOS called Microsoft Office 365.
Earlier this year, the launch of Microsoft® Office 2010, Microsoft® SharePoint 2010 and Microsoft® Exchange 2010 ushered in the future of productivity. Office 365 will deliver the next generation of Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Lync Online (formerly known as Live Meeting and Office Communications Online), as well as Microsoft Office Professional Plus. These exciting updates will bring additional business-class features, efficiency, and value that we have come to expect from Microsoft. Office 365 is expected to be available to all customers in 2011.
How are Office 365 and the new versions of Exchange Online, SharePoint Online and Lync Online different?
With the new versions of Office 2010, Exchange 2010, SharePoint 2010 and Lync Online, Office 365 is a new platform that will increase the functionality of your online services.
