ITLNOW provides maintenance by conducting an assessment by providing options on how best to maintain hardware and software needs and requirements. This process will allow ITLNOW to gather information to prepare a document for a regular monthly maintenance agreement.

Provide a Technology Maintenance Schedule Agreement based on the equipment and software discovered, to recommend an alternative
solution in efforts to budget their technology service and hardware expenses, and to streamline the process of service and IT maintenance. The assumptions are that currently all equipment is running and working satisfactorily.
ITLNOW will perform the following activities to develop the customer with requirements for hardware and software maintenance agreement. A software tool that will be temporally installed without the need of a reboot, and uninstalled will allow us to capture all device hardware and software configurations, and to list all IT Assets.

ITLNOW provides Technology Maintenance Schedule Agreements based on the equipment and Software Company utilizes, we review to recommend alternative solutions in efforts to budget their technology service expenses and to streamline the process of service and maintenance.
We conduct this procedure to reduce the downtime and expense of computer technology service calls, production and to provide to do regular maintenance schedule. The objective will depend on how active users are utilizing the list of applicable, utilized and what limits are set on user profiles (example user installs, browsing, etc.).
