 Responsibilities

  • Create, Manage and lead a Loyalty Program
  • Design tests, analyze data, monitor performance, and report results     
  • Conduct measurement and data analysis on the effectiveness and efficiency of loyalty programs, brand partnerships,campaigns, and messaging
  • Translate data into clear and actionable recommendations through compelling analysis, storytelling, and presentations to cross-functional teams and leadership
  • Meticulously track spend, revenue, productivity, measures/KPIs on a weekly basis and propose investment adjustments as necessary
  • Identify and leverage synergies between all digital programs and partnerships
  • Evaluate new consumer acquisition metrics and subsequent lifetime value of consumers acquired
  • Manage and forecast overall program budget
  • Develop and manage strategies and tactics for loyalty rewards and points activity in partnership
  • Lead ideation and concepts for program development and optimization
  • Work with brands, stakeholders and 3rd party partners to lead, drive and execute reward creation and maintenance
  • Create the reports and insight dashboard for a loyalty program, brand partnerships, and share out cross-functionally weekly/monthly/annually
  • The lead digital creative development process for the program, including Ensuring creative is on strategy
  • Develop fundamental strategic strength including Primary Research with raw data and secondary research based on analyzed and interpreted information, tools, and models (both traditional financial, points economy, and attribution) to make strategic recommendations and decisions

Experience

  • Strong data analytics and project management skills
  • A decade of work experience in digital marketing with deep knowledge of data-driven optimization, psychographic, behavioral sciences,and performance marketing
  • A proven track record in managing and optimizing a budget to ROI goals
  • The ability to think strategically and the ability to see trends and to extract actionable insights from behavioral data to drive results
  • Microsoft Excel data analysis, business modeling and utilizing over 50 creative, design, and analytical tools
  • Ability to create compelling, persuasive presentations and other materials to communicate key findings and recommendations to the executive team
  • Experience with a web analytics system
  • Advanced Marketing Program (AMP) a 47-week working program
  • Google Adwords Search Certified
  • Google Partner Certification
  • Google Analytics Certified
  • SEO Training and Digital Marketing Specialist
  • Ability to both think big picture and be a visionary/idea generator
  • Approach projects with a can-do attitude and create a process where there isn’t one
  • Experience with social listening, web analytics, and business intelligence tools
  • Experience with A/B and Pretest/Posttest design and implementation
  • A mission-driven mindset with genuine interest and passion for selected industries/categories
